Start your day with a fruit smoothie.
Bananas, Berries, Mangos, whatever fruit you desire, add some water, coconut water or almond milk, a green powder super food blend or romaine lettuce, kale or spinach, add any liquid tinctures of herbs, blend and enjoy!
You can add ice or use frozen berries or frozen bananas.

Breath of Joy
Every morning before starting your day take 3 deep breaths and sigh it out. Then standing with knees soft Inhale through the nose as you lift the arms out in front of you, inhale again through the nose and open the arms out, then inhale 1 more time and lift the arms overhead, and with a big Exhale through the mouth release the arms, bend the knees and release the whole body like a rag doll, hands sweeping the floor as the arms swing back and lift back up and repeat for as many times as you need to.
Place a big smile on your face and begin your day.....This is BREATH OF JOY!!!
Embrace life's pleasures, they have the potential to lead you to the highest of joy!

Love & Appreciation are the 2 most important emotions that will manifest good things into your life.
Everyday start telling yourself how much you love yourself, every part of yourself.
Your body is always ease-dropping on your mind.
So say something nice every single day.
First thing in the morning, when you wake up, be grateful. It does not matter to what or to whom, just find gratitude in your heart.
Practicing gratitude every day will create a state of gratefulness. This gratefulness will take you to a place of humility, and your heart will simply expand by itself.
When you go to bed at night, be grateful to everything that has happened during the day. Whether you call it negative, positive, be grateful.
By practicing gratitude, you will never blame anybody. You will never criticize anybody. Because when you criticize someone, when you blame someone, you take their energy on you.
Realize that life is pulsating in your blood, in your brain, in your heart, pulsating. Enjoy life by being grateful, so grateful.
"Sitting on a beach is an ideal way to be in nature. This is a meditation which the Earth provides and it does the work for us to align our minds with nature. As human beings we are constantly thinking too much and we don't take the time to listen to other human beings. The power of nature gives back our ability to listen. As we sit on the beach in open-eyed meditation we are directly in nature and we begin to truly hear again. We listen to the birds, the wind and waves, the seagulls and every other sound which arises. Hear these sounds and allow them to permeate your spirit. Meditate with the waves of the sea and feel the waves take away fear, guilt and doubt. Soak your feet in the water on the beach and it will clear away the static of daily life as it gives your ground back to you. Watch worries and fears dissolve away with the flow and rhythm of nature. Nature gives back a person's spirit, heart and wellness and a beach offers this healing platform freely to anyone."
Use a Neti pot.........Never tried it?
Neti Pot is great for sinus cleansing and the neti pot can be purchased at most drug stores. Just add 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt and warm water to the neti pot, tilt your head to one side and place the tip of the Neti pot into the opposite nostril and allow the warm saline water to flow into your nostril and out the other nostril. Be sure you are leaning over the sink or maybe in the shower. Keep your head level, not tilting the head back or forward. Now repeat on the other side. When you are finished take a tiny bit of sesame oil and massage the linings of your nostrils.
Meditation is not just about sitting down & being still.
Being fully present in your yoga practice, walking, listening to the birds, being fully present with a loved one or your animal friend, feeling the breeze on your skin & staring at the clouds in the sky.
This variety of meditation will not only repair your central nervous system, it will repair your soul as well and bring you into a balance state of well being! Enjoy each and every moment and feel spirit around you.
CELERY......CUCUMBER........PARSLEY..........KALE.........SPINACH.........BEET......What a great combination for juicing and bringing your body back into radiant health.
Try to reduce foods that are mucous forming.......Dairy, Meat, Sugar, Alcohol and processed grains and foods.
And BREATHE.............Breath is alkalizing to the body!
