Through the vehicle of sound, one can transcend fear, anxiety, pain, suffering, energetic blocks and so much more. Clarity, knowledge and wisdom flow effortlessly when we are in a peaceful, composed and alert state and our body heals itself naturally.
Sound Vibration and tones from the Crystal Bowls emit a healing frequency that reverses disease and promotes soul and emotional restoration. We may not fully understand on a rational level, but our cells understand. When you relax and absorb the healing tones and vibrations your body tunes in the frequency, all of the cells in your body will start to resonate with this healing vibration.
The singing crystal bowls help to still the mind, allowing us to be at peace and in the awareness of our essence - in-tune with Pure Consciousness!
The crystal bowls remind us of who we truly are, not separate from the Absolute. As we relax and listen to the singing bowls our entire brain illuminates allowing the right and left hemispheres to communicate together, new neural pathways develop. Leaving you feeling at peace and content and fully aware and present.
The Crystal Bowls are singing gifts from Mother Earth herself, made of quartz crystal. They are a modern version of healing tools that have been used since ancient times. As the bowls are tapped and played their quartz crystal matrix vibrates, and this sound vibration spirals outward in an ever-widening circular path that travels to infinity. Not only are you able to hear the tones, you can actually feel the vibrations. They resonate with the crystalline structure of the body as well as its subtle template also known as the aura. The bowls are tuned to our musical scale and each note correlates with different energy centers in the body. These centers in turn correspond to different body systems, organs and endocrine glands all the way down to the cellular level. Disease is caused by "disharmony" in the body. By allowing the pure melodious vibrations to flow through your body, you begin to harmonize and essentially become more "in tune". This has an overall positive effect on your being.

Many of our classes are full during season. Preregistration for specified classes is mandatory so that we can comfortably accommodate all students while maintaining the sacred space.

Restorative Yoga and Guided Meditation with Healing Sound Vibrations of the Crystal Bowls 2nd, 3rd & 4th Thursday
This class will offer relaxing breathing techniques along with restorative postures that include holding to help release deep tension and tightness within the body. Return to wholeness as Lata guides you in a gentle flow of restorative postures accompanied by the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls. This deeply healing flow will aid in the removal of negative energy and blocks in the flow of energy in your body and mind. Your body, mind and spirit will be cleansed and balanced which will help you to heal from fatigue, tension and fear and open you to higher energetic experiences.
YOGA NIDRA- A guided Meditation- Crystal Bowl Concert

Yoga Nidra...... A time to relax, restore, and renew. A deep guided meditation that will take you into the deepest levels of relaxation. Through the use of guided imagery, breath awareness, & now the healing sounds of the crystal bowls, Yoga Nidra will help to alleviate not only muscular tensions, but also mental & emotional stress, healing the body, mind & spirit bringing you into balance, harmony and peace. Open to all ages.

Yoga Qi Gong Fusion
The Yoga Qi Gong Fusion class is a fun and sensitive mix of Hatha Yoga and Qi Gong. We will warm, stretch and tone our bodies with gentle and familiar yoga poses and breathing. As we come to standing we will learn and practice the ancient, flowing and rhythmic movements of Qi Gong: strengthening our bones, building stamina and improving balance. As we enter the cool down period of the practice we return to the mat for gentle twists, meditation and final relaxation. This beautiful movement combination is suitable for all.
Everyone can feel healthier, stronger and more confident by practicing yoga.
Chair Yoga is the gentlest form available yet still effective for participants in building strength, flexibility and stability. We focus on breath-work to strengthen the diaphragm, oxygenate the body, balance moods and hemispheres of the brain. We practice yoga therapy to lubricate the joints, strengthen the body, elongate the torso and create a flexible spine. We concentrate on improving balance. We finish with meditation to release tension and nourish the mind.
Get Fit Where You Sit Yoga is accessible for every body. Whether sitting at a desk all day, recovering from an illness or injury, noticing a loss of mobility or flexibility, or just plain tired—this is the perfect class to help you feel better and have fun!

Authentic yoga, with the support of a soft, aerial fabric hammock. Uniquely developed for beginners through all levels of experience. Aerial yoga, also known as "Anti Gravity Yoga" works with gravity to relax and realign the body, center the mind and uplift the spirit. You will get "yoga high" while deepening your practice. Experience physical release, refined strength, energetic flow and heightened awareness of body and mind.

Guidelines & Recommendations:
Please let your instructor know of any health concerns, injury, pain or if you are pregnant.
Let your practice meet you where you are, don't push or strain. Remember this is your practice, honor your body and don't force your body to someone else's pose. This is your personal practice, all bodies are different. Modify when you need too, rest when you need to and challenge yourself if you are able to.
Let go of expectations, judgment or competition. Stay present moment to moment and use your most powerful tool, your breath to help you ease into a pose, surrender into sensations, relax and let go. Move slowly and at your own pace, notice all sensations and Breathe.
Enjoy your practice and remember, Yoga is supposed to be fun!
